Recently, I've been getting trapped in a dream for several hours in the morning, meaning I can't wake up before about 10-11, and I think the reason for this is the cold temperatures, It seems that when the room is cold and the body can properly cool down to a lower temperature, the dreams are much more stable.
It's as if the temperature acts as a regulator for the dreams stability, much like the fan acts as a coolant for a computers motherboards and graphics chips etc..
Has anyone found the same thing? leave a comment with your experiences with this.
Some people find that the cold temperature actually makes it harder to have a dream, or that they can't get to sleep because of the cold?
IMO hot nights are much much more uncomfortable, as it's almost impossible to get to sleep when the room is too hot. cold nights are very easy to sleep through.. specially when it's also raining outside, the sound just puts me right out.
